As the penultimate final before graduation, McGraw-Hill’s GLO-BUS global business marketplace simulation tasked marketing students with running all aspects of a fictional camera company from the ground up. My team settled on finding a company name that would attest to the user-friendliness of our brand. The word ‘lexicon’ is the vocabulary of a specific person, language, or base of knowledge, and we wanted to become a company that knew how to communicate most effectively with our customers. This insight led me to create a minimalist logo that would showcase the simplicity of the brand and of the fictional product.

Lexicon: we are speaking your language.

and Lexicon: a picture is worth a thousand words.
